How to Use the Swoopa Reposter
Create Your Listing
Start by creating and publishing your listing in the Swoopa app.
Log In to the Chrome Extension
Make sure you’re logged into the Swoopa Chrome extension on your computer.
Choose a Subscription
If you already subscribe to Swoopa or Nitro, this service is free.
Contact support to get your unique access code.
Free vs Paid Subscription
The free plan only allows one post per week and is primarily intended for testing.
For meaningful results, we recommend posting at least every 3 days.
Stay Logged In
Ensure you’re logged into both Facebook and Craigslist on your desktop browser.
Keep Your Computer On
To take full advantage of the automation:
- Leave your computer powered on and connected to the internet
- Disable sleep mode — the screen must stay active
- A low-cost, always-on laptop works well for this
Manage Listings from the App
Only use the app to manage your listings.
Avoid posting or deleting via the Facebook app — this can interfere with the system.
Publish Ads from the App
Once your ad is created, set it to “Publish” within the app.
Using the AI Description Tool
Provide a short written prompt in your own words. The AI will use this as inspiration for your ad copy.
Tips for Successful Facebook Reach
- Post no more than 10 ads per Facebook account
- Stagger your posts — ideally one per hour (Auto-staggering coming soon)
- Avoid salesy or overly commercial language
- Do not use ALL CAPS in your titles (e.g. “DELIVERY AVAILABLE”)
- Limit emoji usage — a few are fine, but don’t overdo it
- Never include external links in your listings
- Focus on high-quality photos — the Facebook algorithm rewards listings that get clicks
- Respond to buyers quickly
- Always be courteous in your communication
