How do I start using the Reposter?
  1. Create and publish a listing in the Swoopa app.
  2. Log into the Swoopa Chrome extension on your desktop.
  3. Subscribe via the extension (not the app).
  4. Ensure you’re logged into Facebook and Craigslist on your computer.
  5. Leave the computer on and connected — automation only works while the extension is active.
Where do I subscribe to the Reposter?

Subscriptions can only be activated through the Chrome extension on desktop. The app does not support subscription activation for this feature.

Is the Reposter free?

Yes — if you already subscribe to Swoopa Turbo or Nitro, the Reposter is included. You’ll need to contact support for your unique activation code.

A free test version is available, but it only allows one post per week.

How often should I post for best results?

We recommend posting at least every 3 days. Daily posting is ideal. Less frequent activity may result in fewer views and reduced Facebook reach.

What are the computer requirements?
  • A Windows or Mac laptop with Chrome installed
  • Stay logged into Facebook and Craigslist
  • Disable your sleep timer — the computer must remain on and active
  • A cheap, dedicated laptop is often the best setup for long-term use
Can I manage my listings from Facebook directly?

No — managing listings directly through Facebook (especially deleting or editing them) can confuse the system. Always use the Swoopa app to manage your listings.

How does the AI description tool work?

You can write a few sentences or keywords as a prompt. The AI will use that input to generate a polished description for your listing. Each time your listing is reposted, Swoopa automatically modifies the text and images to avoid duplication.

What are the rules for Facebook posting?

To avoid restrictions or shadowbanning, follow these best practices:

  • Don’t post more than 10 ads per Facebook account
  • Stagger your posts by at least an hour
  • Avoid ALL CAPS and “salesy” language
  • Limit emojis and never include links
  • Use high-quality, eye-catching photos
  • Respond to buyer messages promptly
  • Be respectful and professional in all interactions
