Search For Brands
Search for brands
To get fast results with Swoopa you need to search for car brands not generic words like “car” or “truck”. This is because Swoopa finds key word matches.
People list their vehicles in this format: “Brand-model-year,” so to get fast results you need to get key word matches by creating searches for brand and/or model.
You need to run lots of searches
You probably will need to run lots of searches to cover off on the main brands in your city. If you make your searches generic brands then you will see every car posted that is of that brand, so leave out model unless it’s important.
Remember you only get fast results for keyword matches inside of 100km. You can’t get fast reliable results searching by category.
Use filters to block listings you are not interested in
You can use excluder words to block ads. List words that must not be found in the titles of listings you want to see.
You can also use includer words to specify words that must be present. If you are looking for a range of models you can list the modes, or the years. If you want to be very precise you can list the year and model as a 2 word includer – both words must be shown for an ad to appear.

Clever Includers
Now edit the search and navigate to advanced. In the two word includer field add “1984 Mustang,” if you do this Swoopa will only show you ads with the two words 1984 mustang in the title. You don’t want any other includer words as if you had an includer for “ford” you would see every ford that Swoopa finds. If you want other years add “1985 Mustang,” ect…
Search Multiple cities
If you want far away results always leave the radius off. We will send everything we find. To search far away locations just add searches in those locations if its supported by your plan. You will need an enterprise + plan. Note that beyond 100km your results may be slower.
