Block Seller Function

Block spammy sellers so you don't get notifications for their listings.

Why Block Notifications From Sellers on Marketplace ?

In certain item categories on the marketplace, numerous professional sellers frequently list their products. These sellers tend to post a high volume of items regularly, leading to an influx of potentially bothersome notifications. Typically, their focus is on selling new items, and even when dealing with second-hand items, their pricing is often not conducive to a profitable flip. Professionals generally avoid the pricing errors that ordinary sellers might make. Additionally, new sellers are highly improbable sources for items suitable for flipping. Consider blocking such sellers to streamline your experience and reduce unnecessary alerts.

How to Block Sellers

It’s really easy to block sellers on swoopa. Go to the listing card and tap the blue “Block Seller” button. When this action has been successful the button will go grey and say “Unblock.” You can access the listing details page by tapping on a listing in the feed, which will open up a page with details about the listing. This page is also opened when you click on a notification.

How to Unblock Sellers

To unblock a seller go to the settings tab at the bottom menu. You will see a list of sellers that you have blocked. If you accidently blocked a seller they will appear at the bottom of the list. Just click unblock to remove the filter on this seller. Note that Swoopa identifies the actual account and blocks that, not the  name of the account.
